The Bourbon Rickey is a simple combination of bourbon, sparkling water (or club soda), and lime juice. This was a collaboration between bartender George Williamson and Colonel Joe Rickey, when Williamson added half a lime to Rickey’s usual order of bourbon, ice and sparkling mineral water.

INGREDIENTS
2 ounces of Bulleit Bourbon
Club Soda
Half a Lime
HOW TO MAKE
Squeeze half a lime into a glass
Pour bourbon on on top of the lime.
Top off with club soda.
Fill glass with ice.
Enjoy!
